9:39 a.m. Indian Time
I slept in a little this morning (like until about 8:30.) I was up a little later last night, because I made a phone call to my classroom in the states to check on everybody. They were curious as to what I had seen, and how many things had tried so far to eat me ( Thanks, B.) The answer to that last question is; none. Seriously, not even mosquitoes (knock on wood.)
This morning it is raining, and the air is so thick that the moisture seems to hang in the air before falling to the ground. I am sitting here with my amazing morning coffee and thinking about perhaps heading towards Valluvar Kottam, one of the sites I really want to see. I could do more shopping, but to be honest, I need a break.
Anni sent the sample sari blouse she had made along with the driver to see how it fit. I think it fits nicely. I look forward to learning how to tie my saris and wearing them about like a typical Indian girl.
I'll write at the end of the day and recount my adventures. Until then, be good!

I love the look of Saris but I never could figure out how to wear them. You need to hold a class on it.
