Photo Post: The Theosophical Society

Entrance to the Theosophical Society

Cool beetle

From the hall, looking outside

The hall

The outside of the hall...elephants!

Little statues everywhere

I don't know what kind of tree this is,
but it looks sooooooo cool.

Edit: I found out that its official name is  Couroupita guianensis,
but it is also called a Cannonball Tree. Can you guess why?
In Tamil,  the flower is referred to as "Nagalingam," because it resembles the
hood of a snake protecting the symbol of Lord Shiva.

Pillar

Guess what I saw?

The banyan tree

Millipede

Parsi Temple

Awesome spider web!
